
Since 1948 Gasparino has been a butcher’s, tripe shop and delicatessen offering its customers quality, tradition and innovation. Today, they have added a kitchen for the preparation of gourmet dishes to their typical products. The premises of the small neighbourhood shop founded in the post-war period have taken on the appearance of a modern metropolitan delicatessen thanks to the intervention of architect Carmine Abate and the vincenzopacconedotcom team of which I was part as Senior Designer and Art Director.
